Edinburgh Gin

光滑的杜松，柑桔，石南和針葉樹球果形成宜人，柔軟的香氣。口感帶有酸橙皮和橙子皮的杜松味。奶油香草混合涼爽的薄荷醇，研磨後的芫荽香料給人溫暖和深度。中等長度的尾飾。溫暖的香料帶有一絲甜味。

瓶身設計來自1920年代的Art Dec Scene裝置藝術，由Broxburn Bottlers這家裝瓶廠負責（Glenfarclas的裝瓶設計也是由該公司負責）。因為生產及裝瓶都在愛丁堡完成，在地緣關係下便命名為Edinburgh Gin，在2010年6月開始銷售，與Hendricks、Coarunn、Blackwoods一樣，都是來自蘇格蘭且主打精緻口感。
