與擁有世界知名蒸餾製酒學系的愛丁堡赫瑞瓦特大學合作開發的酒款。靈感源自愛丁堡東海岸，經典琴酒帶溫和的海鹽口感，匯集了一系列來自蘇格蘭海岸線上的本土植物，以杜松子為主的風味，搭配著帶著甜味的礦物感及鹹味，口感平衡，尾韻清爽甘甜。
