Wolfrest is a Premium Distilled Dry Gin produced in Piedmont with 100% Italian botanicals: predominantly Umbrian juniper, sweet Pernambucco orange, elderflower, bay leaves, thyme, wild rosemary and three-lobed hazelnut

Olfactory notes: on the nose, the hints of toasting coming from hazelnuts, thoughtful and enveloping juniper and wild rosemary are clearly recognisable. On the finish we find the sweet and fresh citrus notes of sweet orange from the Ligurian Riviera. All embellished and made more complex and harmonious by the elderflower.

Tasting notes: A delicate and persistent gin with a soft and round body thanks to the fatness of the hazelnut. The Umbrian juniper, famous for its moderate tannins, gives an intense flavor supported by the typically Mediterranean aromas of thyme, bay leaves and wild rosemary. Sweetness and freshness come from the only sweet citrus fruit grown in Liguria, the Pernambucco orange.

A fragrant and delicate gin, perfect mixed but also absolutely worth trying neat at the end of a meal thanks to its softness and roundness.

義大利的野山狼群(Montelupo)自古棲息在西北義Piedmont山間，而後遷習到中義，一直到1970年代，狼群才又回到了西北義故鄉。

Wolfrest採用的七種草本植物，正好就是狼群遷習路徑中所遇到的草本植物，而最後狼群棲息的Piedmont山間也正是盛產榛果的重要地區。

狼群棲息之地，故名 Wolfrest。
